P&T Construction handles commercial construction projects throughout Broward, Martin, and Palm Beach Counties.  We have been a vendor to the School District, completed Hospital Work, and even built-out the headquarters for the local office of Lockheed Martin. All three of those authorities (The School Board, AHCA, and the Department of Defense) have strict standards for quality and screening.  Generally speaking there are two different types of commercial project in which we specialize:

P&T has completed many commercial construction projects - including Tenant Improvements, Remodels, and from the Ground Up.

We recently built out the new local headquarters for Lockheed Martin.

We have recently worked on projects for the PBC School District both at Wellington and Palm Beach Lakes.

In addition to our work with the School District, we have been working with Columbia Hospital to achieve ADA Compliance.
